Utilizing our SmartTrak case manager software, clients are given a unique user name and password, which enables access to each file and all pertinent data.  SmartTrak grants users the ability to communicate with on-site investigators and access real-time data including reports, live video feed, and snippets.  Clients can keep track of each file and input critical information such as IME’s, Vocational Rehab appointments, and court dates, to name a few.  Users can also terminate investigations or increase budget as needed.
